Nathaniel Ru Starts Health Food Revolution

There is a certain appeal to fast food restaurants. The menu items are cheap and the food comes quickly. This is the thing that makes a lot of people embrace this concept. Unfortunately, there are going to be a lot of people that eat fast food that really do not have the ability to stay on this type of fast food track.

They need something that is going to be healthier, but they really may not know where to get started. Fortunately, there is a whole new side of things to consider when it comes to eating healthy.

Nathaniel Ru, Jonathan Neman and Nicholas Jammet are the advocates for healthier eating, and they created Sweetgreen after they graduated from college to make this a reality.

Nathaniel has been said to be someone that believes that people should create something that is going to last longer than themselves.

With this he meant that there should be a desire for people to create something of value that is actually going to be relevant even when they are no longer here. This is certainly something that is possible with Sweetgreen. Read more: Nathaniel Ru Blazes a Trail in The Height Food Industry | Affiliate Dork and Nathaniel Ru | Crunchbase

This restaurant may not be in every state right now, but there is definitely a shift in the way that people look at healthy eating, and consumers have Nathaniel Ru to thank for this healthy eating revolution.

There are so many possibilities for people to eat healthier now that Sweetgreen restaurants exist. Venture capitalists have been more than kind to Nathaniel and his business partners by giving more than 90 million in funding.

People that have money to invest are excited about this. They want to know exactly how they are able to improve their possibilities of eating healthier while still getting menu items that they would actually like to consume.

This may have been one of the things that Nathaniel Ru found himself struggling with. He wanted to make a menu that was going to be delectable even if the items that were on this menu were vegetables and fruit.

Other companies have tried to implement healthy food options, but most people will realize that it is typically a struggle to really get people to eat healthy.

Nathaniel Ru knew that he was doing something different by helping people get involved with a menu that was seasonal. This would entice more people to acquire this food before they missed out on it.
